Vacuum Samplers

A vacuum sampler uses a vacuum compressor to create the vacuum and pressure that move fluid. They are one of the longest lasting samplers in the market. These units are very good with solids, and hard solids such as sand or pebbles will not damage the unit. Utilization of an anti-clog technology makes them very unlikely to clog even in a heavy solids flow. Vacuum samplers measure the sample directly, which gives a consistent and accurate sample volume (0.5% of set volume). They have no pump tube that needs to be replaced. The VST is the portable version of the VS series powered by battery or by a 115-220AC 50/60Hz power supply. Vacuum are the longest lasting suction lift sampler in the market, these units are rugged and durable. Samples are cooled by ice in the insulated bottle case. The VS series measures the sample volume directly so changing head height doesn't affect the accuracy and requires no calibration. This unit is for locations where you need two samplers. It is two S-5000 units in a slightly larger cabinet, both have their own controls and collection bottle. They share the industrial refrigerator and the control enclosure. This saves costs and puts both samplers in the same location for operation and sample collection. All the features on the S-5000 are in this unit as well.
